Message	source for a solution to what I felt was a product defect. The door was politely slammed in my face because I was not the original purchaser. Z1's response made no mention of other units with similar issues, nor a corrected new version being available, in fact, Z1 told me they had never heard of such a problem. A number of the original group buy units have been sold off in the classifieds, on both forums, most likely from owners who decided the install was too much effort after jumping on the great introductory price. I am not the only one who bought them second hand. Unfortunate for us it seems. WARNING: I lack industry backing
